Yatin Varma is a Barrister-at-Law. He was called to the Bar at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 1999 and to the Bar in Mauritius in 2001.
He read law at the University of Wolverhampton and University of Wales. He was a member of Parliament from 2005 to 2013, Attorney General from 2010 to 2013. Yatin currently heads the Varma Chambers and is the Chairperson of the Mauritius Bar Council.
